NWA NATURALS

4th Annual Strike Out Sarcoma

Cancer Charity4 Life will sponsor Strike Out Sarcoma Jersey Night with NWA Naturals Minor League Baseball Team. The naturals will wear the specialized custom jersey's during the game specific to our cause and will be auctioned off to highest bidder. The winner of each jersey will get to meet the respective player immediately following the game and get the game-worn jersey off the player's back! 100% of proceeds fro the jersey auction will benefit Cancer Charity4Life.

All Sponsors will be recognized through several platforms as we would not be able to raise funding for awareness and research without those giving back in our communities.

Partnering with oncologist Dr. Corey Montgomery who works at Winthrop Rockefeller Cancer Institute in Little Rock, AR, we have put a running team together to participate in the Little Rock Marathon event on March 5th and 6th, 2016, to raise awareness and funding for sarcoma research.

"Sarcomas are rare malignant tumors that arise from the body's connective tissues (bone, muscle, and etc). As an orthopaedic oncologist, I sometimes spend hours removing
these rare tumors from my patients, but I realize that this is not enough. Given the rarity of these tumors, research is lacking in regard to how best to treat these tumors beyond surgery.
I have united with one of my patients, Kristi Rogers, to raise both awareness and money for research for sarcomas. Please join me in this fight against sarcomas here in Arkansas.
" Thank you for your support in advance - Dr. Corey

MARCH 5th-6th, 2016 - We have completed our 1st charity Fundraiser! It was great fun as well as success in funding research.
